    Excellent food, but I am very disappointed how my last dining out experience was handled. I made the effort of detailing a large take out group order about 35-40 minutes prior to expecting to pick it up. We arrived around 1:30 PM to find the restaurant quite busy. Both waitresses were gracious in acknowledging our arrival, however it took upwards of 30 minutes to pay the tickets and for the food to be packaged. All in all, the food was delicious but an order was missing, leaving a coworker out of luck. When contacted the response was again sincere and gracious; I was informed that since I could not return that day to pick the order up or for a refund, to come back later that week. I came back on Wednesday as the restaurant is closed Tuesdays. I was informed by the owner that the tickets from Monday were closed but was offered a replacement meal. I explained that my co-worker’s order, not mine, had been missing and that a replacement meal in the case would not be an option to get to her. I was not offered the cash back (less than $10) for the trouble of a missing meal or returning again to the restaurant. I have always enjoyed my experiences here until now, I will definitely give pause before returning again soon.

    I love this place. The food is awesome. Amy, Jessica and Brittany are awesome servers and fun to be around! Quality and freshness of food is their #1 priority for ALL customers, that is why bubble tea and other extras have to wait at times. If you want to be catered to hand and foot, choose another place. If you want to enjoy super authentic and delicious, fresh, fast food at a reasonable price point this is the place for you!

    Simple interior, a menu with a good selection of hot, cold, vegetarian, and dessert items to select from. I've been here 4 times now, and the meals are always served fresh and hot and the quality is evident in every bite. If you seek a affordable, and delicious experience this place will not disappoint.

    This is my new favorite pho place. The chicken coconut rice noodles are to die for. And green mango salad is the best
